On April 28, 2023 @kofagodance will be hosting a Paint & Sip.
Not only do you get to have some fun while enjoying a tasty sip of your favorite beverage (non-alcoholic options available) you are also supporting the Kofago Dance Ensemble dancers who are going to Senegal in July 2023!

Kofago Dance Ensemble is Headed to Senegal!
We’re excited to announce that the Kofago Dance Ensemble has been invited to perform at the Niun Ak Yeen (“We Are One”) Festival in Senegal. This is a huge opportunity and we are grateful. However, we need your help to make this trip a reality. The funds raised will go to travel costs, living arrangements and scheduled activities for the trip. This is an incredible opportunity for the company to showcase their work on an international stage and we would be grateful for any support you can give.
Kofago’s founder and artistic director, Kevin McEwen has spent over 20 years in the pursuit of a deeper understanding of African diasporic culture and performance. We are reaching out to our community for help. We want to make sure that our dancers have everything they need to succeed and putting on a great show at the festival. With your help, we know that they will shine.
